Ginger Snaps is not her real name. Obviously. Its the event that occurs when a redhead has just had too much. Ginger is a wife, a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. She is a volunteer, a protector, an activist, a judge, a counselor, a fighter, and a basket-case. She is strong and weak at the same time - given the right circumstances. She is probably a lot like you. With a lot on her mind at any given time.
Her family unit consists of her husband, Sir, and her two children. Big Red and Little Man. Both boys.
Sir is quite the conundrum. Raised honky-tonk, only to be partially city-fied, later in life. The city-fication didn't take throughout, though. He reverts to his roots often. Mostly in his thoughts and speech. He is an oxymoron of sorts. Loves neat, clean, and organized - but has difficulties creating and maintaining them. Is not fond of messiness, disorder or chaos - but causes them with great ease. He and Ginger are far more different than alike, but for the most part it works out well.
Big Red (also a Ginger) is in the midst of his teenage years. Hairy legs, baby 'stache, smelly pits and gigantic feet. Whoever said teenage girls are more dramatic must not have had boys. He loves to be goofy and has an infectious laugh. He is stronger than he appears and uses that to his advantage. But he doesn't have the stomach to squash a bug. He loves his Mama fiercely and she loves him twice as much.
Little Man is a tweener. Not too far behind Big Red. He is kind and compassionate - the softer of the two pumpkins. He is also incredibly cunning and plays folks with his insane cuteness. He is quirky - which keeps life interesting on a daily basis. He refuses to begin the day without a hug and smooch from his Mama. Mama needs that little zing, too.
